That Karen A.'s obesity had something to do with her own hidden desire to be overweight was inconceivable to her a few years back.

“It actually took me a long time to get motivated and really do something about my weight. I had joined eDiets one time before, but at that time I was not ready to lose weight. Watching a friend of mine lose a lot of weight on eDiets was the thing that really got me going,” Karen tells eDiets.com. “She’s known throughout eDiets as LOLACONNECTICUT. Profound realization
Karen said she was surprised to realize that a big reason behind her weight gain was that she wanted to disprove some misconceptions held by her mother.
