Lost 49 lbs, Found A Little Black Dress! :

The most common way people forego success is to start on their goals tomorrow. But on New Year's Eve Beth I. stopped waiting for tomorrow and finally started living for today. She decided it was time to make major lifestyle changes, and like many others she made a resolution to do so. Unlike others, she stuck to her guns.

Today the one-time 208-pound mom has shed an amazing 49 pounds. Love and inspiration were the driving forces behind her incredible success.
