Why the Challenges?
If you're not involved with a Challenge, you might not understand all the hype about them. If you look at our Top 10 listing on the main Community page, you'll see that the Challenges are quite popular. The reasons for this are:

  • They're wonderful for meeting great fellow eDiets members and forming a good support network.
  • They help you to get on or stay on track with your plan and make progress with your goals.
  • They keep you motivated and enthusiastic to succeed!
  • They help you to learn more about yourself and to look at other things in your life besides weight loss and working out.
  • They're fun and also somewhat competitive (in a good way)!

    There are many reasons why the Challenges are popular. We offer a little over a dozen challenges to choose from and they range from one day to eight weeks in length, so the best thing to do is to visit each group and choose the one that most interests you. All the challenge groups are listed under the "Challenge Yourself" heading on the Support Groups page of the COMMUNITY. Enjoy!eDiets Member Events – Join Us in Person!
    eDiets is on the road this year visiting big cities across the nation to meet up with members in person. If you’d like to spend a day with eDiets experts, fellow members and be uplifted and motivated while learning and having fun, then check out the upcoming tour schedule below and make plans to join us!     From the overview of this new plan: "The eDiets Summer Fresh Diet Plan is all about fresh and delicious. The Summer Fresh Diet Plan offers a variety of fresh, portion sized meals.
