Quails with White GrapesIngredients:
- 4 quails
- 2 medium bunches of white grapes
- Yield: 4 servings
- One portion of this low-calorie recipe can replace one entrée (main dish) prescribed in your diet plan.
Preparation: 1. Brown the quail in the oven without additional fat. 2. Remove the seeds and peel the white grapes. 3. Cook grapes in a warm oven in a non-stick surface pan. Place the browned quails on the white grapes a few minutes before the cooking time is finished. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Yield: 4 servings
