Review: Jay Robb is an ardent supporter of the "gym" mentality of weight loss and fitness. The general focus is on optimal cosmetic appearance and muscle tone through restrictive diets, supplements and weight lifting. For too many people this type of exercise and diet regimen is not sustainable. We are much bigger fans of simplicity and practicality. For weight loss and general fitness we believe it is better to focus on lifestyle exercise activities such as tennis, hiking, walking, cycling, dancing, climbing, etcetera... These are the type of activities that you don't think of as exercise and sustain themselves in the long-term. Add a basic food program or one of the simple and inexpensive online programs for structure and support, and you have the best possible option for success.
