Confidence is the best way to shine from within. And it's all about a positive mind-set. Use these tips to bring out your most confident self. It's all about realizing how great you can be!

1. Embrace you body
Embrace your body by how you dress and care for yourself. Think positive thoughts towards your body, and believe them. Focus on the good and the rest will soon fall in place.

2. Give Compliments Freely
Other people you meet will likely have confidence issues. As strange as it may seem, even the most beautiful, skinny, likeable people have self-esteem issues. Confidence must come from within. Without it, you will never feel pretty enough, thin enough, or good enough.

If you start giving compliments to other people, you are leading by example. We are in this together. We can all learn to be radiant together. Say goodbye to the days where other people are competition. The most confident people know it is sexy to give compliments and embrace the beauty in everyone.

3. Love your body now
Don’t wait until it’s 15 (or 5 or 50) pounds lighter; don’t wait until you get some highlights or get a pedicure. Although it is essential that we take care of our selves, so many people see it as a precursor to loving our selves. Nothing could be farther from the truth. If you love your body now, you will see what needs to be done to remain healthy and vibrant.
